A los of things changed since Cpatain Bill arrived at the inn, For me he was my favorite character because I would like to be like him. Because it was a very mysterious character and he made me had a lot of intrigue. The part of the story that I liked most was the part when Jim fights in the stockade because I imagine that moment and it was very funny and with a lot of action.Īnd the character that I liked most was Captain Bill. On the island Jim had many adventures such as meeting a person who had been marooned, fighting against a pirate and being taken as prisoner. He went to the island with many men, one of this was Silver. Jim told Squire about Silver’s and later Jim went to the island alone but he didn`t say anything to Squire. When they arrived at the island, they tried to find the treasure. In fact Silver was a pirate who had many friends in the crew. Jim later found out that Silver had a plan to cheat Squire and get the treasure.

One of the men of the crew was Silver who was an experienced sailor. Squire chartered a ship called “The Hispaniola” to travel to the island and find the treasure.This man invited Jim and Dr Livesey to sail the Hispaniola. Dr Livesey was a doctor and he was a very friendly man and Squire was a rich man who had servants. I bought this amazing book almoast a year ago, it was worth every penny Timeless story with an outstanding cover, the best of my mini-collection. Later Jim’s father and Captain Bill died and many pirates went to the inn to look for that wooden chest because inside it there was a map of treasure of a terrible sailor called Flint. A pirates went to the inn because he wanted this captain’s chest. He remembers one traveler called Captain Bill who had a chest. He lived in England with his parents in an inn. The story is narrated by a boy called Jim who is also the main character of the book.

In my opinion the book was more interesting. This story is different from the movie that I saw. I`ve never read stories about pirates, I only watched one movie of pirates once and I liked it. That was another thing that made me read this book. By reading it, I know that I will improve my English.

But as I read it was very interesting and funny. I had to read it! At the beginning I thought that it would be boring. I read this book because my teacher chose this book to make us read and I didn`t have choice. My name is Agustin Osuna and I live in Cordoba (Argentina).
